Industrial wastewater is the wastewater discharged from industrial production, including cooling water and polluted industrial wastewater. Now more and more factory establishes its own industrial wastewater treatment plant by using Glass Lined Steel industrial wastewater storage tank as industrial wastewater storage tank in order to reuse of the wastewater. The treated water can be used as process cooling water, site flushing water and plant water, which reduce production costs for the industy.
Glass Lined Steel industrial wastewater storage tank is assembled by Glass-Fused-To-Steel plate and fixed by self - locking bolt. Then the sealing glue is applied to the joint gap and bolt position to improve airtightness of the tank. The service life of Glass-Fused-To-Steel tank is more than 30 years, because the Enamel glaze and steel plate surface are fused together after heat treatment at 850-940℃ and then create a tough and inert bond, which combines the strength of steel with the outstanding chemical and physical corrosion resistance of glass.
